Using Clear Pathwe provide you with the greatest value for your investment in better quality products and superior services. You'll know in advance exactly what you are getting for your investment down to the last dollar. (It's all in writing!) Your project will be completed within the general timeframe we state upfront. We have integrity and we put it in writing for you to bank on. Gain comfort and reassurance.
1.) CONSULTING WITH YOU IS THE FIRST STEP We gain a working knowledge of your needs and interests. Visiting with you at your home or reviewing your new home or office building plans together is essential. We conduct a thorough "needs analysis" of what you wish to achieve; gaining a working knowledge of the available spaces, related mechanical details, and budget parameters that we must work within. We also encourage you to visit one or both of our showrooms at this time.
2.) DEVELOPING CREATIVE DESIGNS We believe that the possibilities are limitless. Thinking "beyond the box" is our passion. We create personalized, compelling and functional living environments within your budget.
3.) PRODUCT SPECIFICATION & CONTRACTING BID PROCESS Utilizing our extensive product portfolio we recommend products that fit your lifestyle, functionally, decoration-wise, and budget-wise. You'll gain from the coordinated effort of a "ONE-STOP Shopping" experience.
If we are providing all or some of the contracting work we will work very closely from among our pool of carefully-chosen sub-contractors, securing multiple contracting bids on your behalf. You'll also find that we provide useful product options we believe you'll appreciate. You gain from this process by having us apply our expertise at conducting what otherwise may become a tiresome and time-consuming exploration for you.
Our expertise is focused upon giving you true value for your investment. This is achieved through intelligent, personalized design, thoughtfully selected products, cost-effective construction methods, and tasteful, timeless decorating.
4.) THE PRESENTATION(S) Within two to three weeks from our initial meeting we are fully prepared for meeting with you in our comfortable showroom environment. Our clients enjoy our detailed, structured meeting. Investment options will be priced to the penny with no detail overlooked. We smartly make a simple process of what might otherwise be overwhelming. Our clients even tell us that they have fun! We do not employ high-pressure sales tactics. You'll find the integrity of our consultation and personalized recommendations refreshing.
Our design recommendations come to life via architectural-grade, professional CAD drawings (not the lite-on-detail types found at the home centers and some of our competitors). You'll find that our design recommendations are clearly understandable. We'll thoughtfully walk you through floor plans, wall-to-wall elevations, perspective drawings, and draft electrical, lighting, and plumbing layouts. Using our detailed showrooms many aspects of our designs pop off the pages -- you are able to not only see but also touch what we are recommending.
5.) UPON CONTRACT & PROJECT SPECIFICATION APPROVAL We will have an exact delivery and/or construction start date. We begin systematically assembling everything required of your project. Materials will be available when required!
6.) PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PERIOD Whether you are working with your own contractors or working with ours, all working drawings, products, and product specifications will be on hand as scheduled and pre-agreed upon. The quality of our working drawings are second to none, further ensuring proper installation of everything, including all electrical, lighting, and plumbing. We provide attentive project oversight as needed.
As an added convenience we also offer you the option of "turnkey" installation so you can take a vacation or business trip while we complete your project. Or we can do just the work you deem necessary, such as having our finish carpenters install your cabinetry, trim, and countertops. It's your choice.
7.) PROJECT COMPLETION & ON-GOING CLIENT SERVICE Upon project completion your designer will schedule a final walk-through, reviewing all of the details for how to operate and care for the products you have selected. We want your completed project to be as breathtaking and exciting for you as was the journey taken to achieve your dream living and work spaces. While your project may be finished, we are certainly not...Genuine, Ongoing Client Service. We maintain a complete record of your project indefinately. This enables us to promptly serve you should you ever want to add something, or if you have a problem with a product supplied through us.
